Harp Lessons

Professional Harpist, Tara Alterman accepts new students at her studio in Western Massachusetts and is available in Western and Northwestern Connecticut.

Highlights of her career thus far include:

  • Master's of Music in Harp Performance from Yale University
  • Bachelor's of Music in Harp Performance from Manhattan School of Music
  • Studied under the guidance of renowned master harpist, Gloria Agostini in New York City
  • 20 years of professional experience with orchestras and as a freelance performer for special events
  • Extensive teaching experience both at University level and private students of all ages and levels
